Thank you for taking the time to visit Fully Known Productions. My name is Andrew, and I am excited about the opportunity to work alongside you as you realize your God-given creativity in music creation.
I take great pride and joy in the creative process, and there is no exception when it comes to my clients. My promise is to walk alongside you every step of the way in the production process, until you are thrilled with the outcome.
Although each project looks different, the process tends to have similarities.
- Pre-Production: We will evaluate your song's lyrics, arrangement and structure to best position it for the recording process.
- Scratch Recording: After finalizing the arrangement, we will then begin tracking a "rough" version of the song. All other recordings will be built on this foundation. This step in the process is critical as it will influence the rest of the project.
- Recording: Instrumental recordings can take many forms with modern day technology. This could include primarily remote instrumentalists sending us tracked takes, or recording everything in house. We are happy to provide as much or as little support with in-house instrumentalists and vocalists as needed.
- Final Vocal Recording: Typically, the final vocal track will be the last addition to the song, as this is the most important recording we will do.
- Mixing: After we have gathered all of the music together, the mixing process will begin, tracks will be processed and we will start to finalize the stereo recording.
- Mastering: When we are satisfied with the mix, it will be professionally mastered and finalized for distribution.
- Publishing: We will then upload your track to a distribution website for publishing. Your project will be published and uploaded to popular sites like Spotify, Apple Music and the like.
